Does anyone else have trouble admitting they have depression?? I overcame it 2 years ago but because of certain events, it's back with a vengeance. I haven't told anyone. Just deal with it alone like last time. I feel like it's eating at me though. I feel too embarrassed to tell my doctor or family. It's like my troubles aren't worthy enough to be depressed when I think about telling someone. Idk what my problem is. But I feel awful.
