So my 3 mo old was sleeping through the night until we were advised to stop swaddling.  We stopped swaddling around Christmas and since then he now wakes up every 3 hours again.  Any advice?  He's in a sleep sack and it seems he wakes himself up from flailing his limbs and then decides he's hungry.  He's not up long, maybe 20 min...change diaper, feed...then he passes out again.  But I'm missing my sleep!
