Roots Touch Up during pregnancy

Hey there beautiful ladies!

My GP told me to avoid hair color specially at the roots during pregnancy. I am 4wks 5days pregnant.

Before pregnancy I would get my hair roots colored every 40 days.. all my greys come in front😞

Any suggestions how to combat this? I have natural dark brown hair.
