numb boobs
I produce a lot of milk. I have been pumping for about 20 minutes every two to four hours. During those four hour breaks it's because I'm breastfeeding her in the middle. When I am breastfeeding her, she latches for 45-60min but obviously not taking it in as intensely as a pump would extract it. I woke up about a half hour ago to a numb boob because it was so full! I don't want to diminish my supply since I'm already pumping out enough for two feeding but I also don't want to wake up in the middle of the night to a numb boob!
What do you think? Any tips for not waking up to numb boobs?
