Anyone else get numbness in hands or arms, especially in the morning?

Been waking up with numbness in my hands and arms and mostly in my right hand. Super tingly and numb. Of course I begin to google and found a bunch of stuff saying it's most likely carpel tunnel. Which makes sense because before this my wrist was hurting and I didn't know why. I'm 23 weeks with a long way to go so just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
