pregnant or gallstones?

I'm 21 years old and I recently had an unprotected sex on New Year eve. About three days ago I went out drinking with my friends on empty stomach and after that night I been having a horrible stomach pain. It's start from the right side of stomach to my back. I went to the doctor and she said I might have gallstones so I have to go take some tests. But I was wondering what is the chances of me being pregnant instead of gallstones? So far I don't really have any symptom of pregnancy at all eventhought it's only been about two weeks since New Year.
