First few weeks - Lansinoh soothie pads! Keep in the fridge 🙃
Throughout our journey - Earth Mama NippleButter and Lansinoh ice/heat packs. Kept a pair of packs at home and one a work.
I used disposable pads last time but plan on using a combination of those and washable this time.
