Sleep Training

I started working at Sear's in November. I'm beyond proud because It's my first real job. Christmas week, I worked 3pm-11pm, which I'm not complaining cuz I made bank and did a lot of store to homes. But it made my sleeping schedule completely messed up. Instead of being in bed by 9:30-10:00. I now goto bed at 12:40-2. What are some ways to train my body to go back to the original schedule? There are nights I literally lay in the dark with wide eyes like a damn Owl. lol
