Things happen when you push really hard. They just clean you up and you keep pushing. You are so focused on trying to get that kid out and wanting the pain to be over you don't even care. Doctors and nurses are used to it. Nothing to be embarrassed about.

I didn't with my son, but my sister did. They clean it up so fast you wouldn't even know.

I was so scared to poop during pushing time but I didn't . When I was in labor I ate a few snacks and I would throw it up right away .
