What is considered a fever while pregnant?

What is above the "normal" tempature? 
Or when should I call my doctor? 
Any signs associated with fever that would recommend a call as well?

A low grade fever in an average, healthy adult is 100.8.

Fevers are natural, it's your body's way of fighting off infection.

If it lasts more than 3 days, then you call. Unless it's 104 degrees.

Stay hydrated, take tybelol regularly, monitor how you're feeling.

I was told at the beginning of my pregnancy (and was given pamphlets with this info too) that anything above 100.4 you should at least give your doctor a call. Fevers are more serious while pregnant. A good thing to remember is whatever your temperature is reading at your baby is at least half a degree higher.

I had a low garden fever for 3 weeks with my nasty cold that turned into broncitis. The OB didn't care about the fever at all and it had no effect on my pregnancy. I just took Tylenol. He was more concerned about the mucus and gave me an antibiotic. I've been well for a few days now. A fever is a normal thing unless it starts to spike pretty high then it becomes something to get checked.
