how long your LO is awake between naps?

My LO is 10weeks old and he gets tired and fussy 1.5hr after he wakes up from his nap. I don't know when I should try to put him to sleep before he gets cranky and starts crying. He sleeps 5-6hrs first stretch at night and goes back to sleep right away after feeding and sleeps another 2.5hr.

We try we really hard to follow the 90 minute cycle but sometimes she's awake for two hours. Before I red about the 90 minutes she would stay up for four hours or longer at a time 😅now I know to put her to sleep more often lol

At first around 10 weeks we were following the 90 min rule and timing it based on when he got up in the morning after the first 2 long stretches. He usually sleeps 7-1 am then 2 am- 430/ 530 am then we start the timing and back down within 90 min. Now he is almost 4 months I'm trying to consolidate the naps so stretching it to every 2 hrs and he has been sleeping longer.

My son doesn't stay awake longer than one hour to the minute. Start writing down times when he shows sleepy cues and put him down before he gets fussy cause an over tired baby won't sleep as well
