Could She Sue?
So me & my sister have this friend who just had a baby. First off, she's a very VERY small girl. Weighing maybe like 110 pounds maybe a few pounds less. Either way she's super super small. During her delivery her spine broke! She was told it was because she was so small. Now my question is, since they told her why it happened does that mean she can sue? Wouldn't her doctor have known from jump that she was way too small to deliver her baby vaginally ? The baby was I think 7 pounds or so. I just kinda think with them knowing how small she is and what risks were involved they should've at least suggested a c section to her and gave her the choice which they didn't and she's a ftm so I don't think she would've known that could happen. I didn't even know that could happen. What do you guys think?
UPDATE:: I thank you all for your feedback. I understand that she can't sue. She isn't sue happy, lazy or whatever else rude things some of you had to say. She's a full time worker & student. Not looking for a handout. I simply asked a question for her, she never intended on actually sueing, just wanted to know if she really wanted to could she. Not that she actually would. 🙄
