Are you just pumping or is baby on breast to? My lactation s said pump a few minutes even after your milk flow stops. You can also try different power pumping techniques they will trick your body into thinking your baby is cluster feeding.

Also make sure to stay away from foods that lower your supply like peppermint, sage and etc.

Drink lots of water and eat greens.

Use this, they really work. Also try to pumping every 2 hours. I get lot of milk for my baby, he's one n I still breastfeeding him. I get 8oz every 2 hour. Also drink lots of water.

Look up power pumping. You do 20 minutes on, 10 off, 10 on, 10 off. Even if not much or nothing is coming out it will signal your body to make more. Try and do it at the same time/times everyday. You can do it as much as you want. And definitely drink enough water. You don't have to force it but stay hydrated. Try not to drink pop. I hear oatmeal and a few other foods can help your supply as well.

i barely get that but i keep trying.  supply can still go up.  try a warm cloth on your breasts hefore had that could help too

I would, if you think about it a baby whose not getting enough will keep sucking to tell your body to make more so simulate this with the pump.
