Have you ever used bentonite clay?

How was you're experience with it? Used it internal or external?
EDIT: Girls I'm going to switch from a deodorant that has aluminum & some other bad qualities in it. First it's suggested you do a arm pit detox. Like this here 
I'm trying to decide if I want to get the powder & mix it like this. & later try for a bath detox & maybe face one but a few of you said it burned you're face and that has me concerned..

Otherwise I can purchase it already made up but here's a few options.

I have used it on my hair and face and it worked great for me.

I used it in bath water and for facials. It burned my face a little but it was ok in bath water. No spectacular reaults or anything.

I mixed it with apple cider vinegar and burned my face. :/
Mix with water and don't leave it on too long
