Do you wear a pad/tampon before you start your period?

I wear tampons for my actual period NEVER before. If I'm about to start I'll wear panty liners till I do. Not pads either because I hate them. Panty liners are so thin they don't bother me but only until I start then I use tampons

No it's never heavy enough when it first starts sooo panty liner? Nah not even, shits light as fuck.

I but no-irregular period. But even when I was in the pill and my periods were very regular I still didn't wear one incase at home. If I were going to town or something I might, or if I knew I wouldn't have constant access to a bathroom maybe. But majority of the time I'd start in the toilet, so no need to have a back up.
