MMA training: What do you think?
I have a girlfriend who is VERY serious about MMA. She's rather good and trains mostly with men. She's around 6 months along and has stopped the wrestling type training. However she still trains and exercises a lot. IMO she should be taking it down a notch but she won't do that. Im just curious what everyone's opinion on this might be. Don't be shy, I'm interested in the good and the bad.
