Please help I'm freaking out

So I'm on the pill. I haven't missed 1 but for some odd reason I spotted a week before my periods. And now I was supposed to get my period yesterday (Monday) but I didn't yet but it's very light when I wipe. Idk I have had sex but I haven't missed anything could I be pregnant?
