help!

Hi ladies, I need help. Sunday night i tested and got a faint line, Monday morning same thing. Today I've had cramping all day. Tonight I went pee and noticed three drops of discharge that were bloody. I'm so confused is it spotting or did I just start my period? I've gone pee two times since and no sign of blood at all. I will say tho it was not red red blood, more of a dark color.
