I agree with Rebecca listen to your body you may know something that your Dr overlooks & be persistent. We TTC for 2 years before I went to a fertility Dr. Regular Dr's at first said everything was fine but I knew something was off. Turns out I don't have PCOS but have just about every symptom for it, and they found that I don't ovulate much. Most women ovulate 12 months. I am lucky if I ovulate 8 times a year. I used to be regular but my cycles were still 35-37 days which is long. The last 2 months they've been 31-32 days. Before that 43 days. I changed is my diet. I cut out most meat, added more veggies, mostly lemon water, & healthier snacks. When I was underweight my cycles were long but regular. Now I'm "where I'm supposed to be" by cycles are erratic. Maybe look at some of those factors & Maca Root like Desarie mentioned. I tried Vitex before & it didn't do anything. Good luck! Keep us posted. :)
Regulate cycles?!
Has anyone with longer cycles found away to regulate and shorten their cycles?
