I have dreads so I wash once a month but rinse once a week. Unless of course they got dirty where I need to wash sooner. But before my dreads I washed once maybe two times a week.

I have really think hair. I can get away with skipping a wash, but the longest I can go without it looking noticeably greasy is 2 days.

I wash my hair about every 4 days. Washing your hair every day (for most people) just makes it look greasy.
