Cscetion incision

I'm 6 weeks postpartum and have an appointment with the nurse tomorrow. Yesterday I went a walk and slightly overdid it aS I felt great. But noticed my section scar is bleeding slightly after I dabbed it with cotton wool. I always had a bit in the middle that healed slowly but now it's bleeding again. It doesn't appear to be open; but just red and like a scab. Has this happened to anyone? It's my 3rd section but never happened before.
