Experienced mamas, how many is a good amount for your average day out ?

I had like 10 of those things at one point (clean ones of corse) but one for every expected feeding is fine.

I never had them. My son never spit up thank goodness.

As many as will fit. I used them for everything- spit up- wiping up food spills- laying down on those gross bathroom changing tables.

I usually carry a couple but only end up using one. My baby doesn't spit up very much at all though, so they don't get very messy. I mostly use them to tuck under my boob while he's eating, just in case he decides to let go so that my clothes don't get soaked. If your baby spits up a lot or is just a really messy eater, you might want more than just a couple. You'll figure out what works best for you pretty quickly. 😊
