We went in to see the midwife for our 12 week appointment last week and she could not find the baby's heartbeat :( She sent us for a sonogram and there was still no heartbeat. We lost our sweet little one sometime the previous week. Now I'm just waiting for a natural miscarriage at home, but I've heard it can take weeks. Has anyone else experienced this instead of opting for a D&C?
