The cold is beating me! What can I take? Help!

I'm 7 weeks 4 days and have come down with cold symptoms. The pharmacist recommended Histal Elixir but that doesn't help much. Any other safe remedies?

I'd bathe in Vicks vapo rub and use my Neti pot every day. I swear by the neti pot now! Cough drops are good too. I like a cup of hot water, the juice of a lemon and some honey to taste for a "tea" feel better!
