POSTPARTUM ACNE!!!

Omg ever since having my daughter in November my face has broken out so bad and they've yet to clear up ! I've been staying hydrated and everything .. Anyone have any solutions to this ? I'm going crazy I don't even like leaving the house anymore and when I do I feel so insecure if I'm not wearing makeup which I try to stay away from so my face can clear faster but it's not clearing 😫😫😫 help pleaseeee !
