irrationally anxious

Hey ladies! My period was supposed to come 2 days ago (9th Jan) according to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a>, but AF still hasn't shown up yet.. My last period started 5th last month and ended on 10th. I had sex on 13th, 14th, 15th and 17th last month, all of which were protected. My boobs are sore, my backaches are killing me and I've had cramps here and there. I really don't think I have any reason to worry, but I'm getting so anxious 😩 I'm not even sure if these heightened levels of anxiety are also pms signs.. does anyone else get super anxious too before their periods? How am I supposed to deal with this 😞
