got a positive OPK couple hours ago

I am in so much pain. Am I able to take a hot bath and use a heating pad? Going on month 10 of TTC :( but I had such clear egg white cm today..which has never been that clear..I'm having horrible pains. Is it safe for me to relax in a hot bath or use a heating pad?
