Messed up sleep schedule or possible insomnia
Okay so lately when I try to lay down and go to sleep I just lay there for hours and I'm extremely tired and I'll close my eyes and be like that for like 3 hours. It started over winter break me and my best friend pull all nighters when we don't have school and we eat and watch stupid movies and do anything to occupy ourselves. I thought at first that it was just my sleeping schedule messed up so I stayed up all night before going to school so I could fix my sleeping schedule but usually when I do that and I go home I'm ready for a nap but when I got home I was fine and carried on about my day until like 3 in the morning so I'm not sure how I can wake up at 4 one day and then be up all day the next day plus 3 more hours, that's like 32 hours of not sleeping!! And I wake up today at around 1 and I haven't been to sleep and it's already 6 minutes until 5 in the morning!!!
