30+6 cramping???

Question

So far in my pregnancy, I've had cramping every once in a while which felt like hardly anything. Yesterday afternoon and even this morning it seems to be worse, not severe pain but it's def letting me know it's there. Should I just monitor it and wait until my doc appt next week? Just call if it gets worse?

It's normal. Usually we don't start to feel it until later I guess. I just had my 32 week appointment on Monday and mentioned this to my OB. She said usually she doesn't tell people about the cramping until 34-36 weeks. It probably just means you're more in tuned with your body. Just what my OB told me. If you're bleeding or anything though, definitely give a call.

Keep an eye on it and ask your doctor at your next appointment. At 30 weeks I had horrible ligament pain, pelvis pain, and cramps that nothing helped, but it was all gone at 31 weeks. Now at 32.5 I only have cramping occasionally. During this time the baby is growing fast and getting into position so it's bound to cause pains. You may also experience braxton hicks if yiu haven't already. Make sure you are stretching and drinking lots of water. I also used a heating pad occasionally and had hubby massage me.

I would definitely keep a eye on it for if it gets worse you need to get ahold of your doctor. I am 32 weeks 5 days and been having bad menstrual cramps all ready been to labor and delivery once. Cramping is normal 2 hours after sex where it's mild I'm not sure after the 2 hour mark
