My shoulders constantly feel dislocated it hurts soo bad to move my arms and when I lift them they KILL them when I put them back down my shoulders like pop outta or back into place. I didn't get into any injuries, just one day one my shoulders felt like this and a few weeks later the other one felt the same way and now it's been months and they still hurt so bad and feel dislocated. Anyone else randomly get this?
