urgent help please

Hey so I'm on the implant have been for two years. I have periods like every two months or so and they're only VERY light and I mean lasting one day and I don't need a pad/tampon. Me and my SO have unprotected sex nearly everyday & 0 protection apart from my implant. But today I woke up to a LOT of blood down there and it's not like normal period blood either and it's mega red and thick I'm having awful cramps too , I'm still bleeding now and I'm only 18 I live with my mum I don't know what to do. Is this normal? Or could this be a miscarriage ? My boobs have been really sore over the past few days and I'm just freaking the hell out
