Left side pain😢

Hi guys sorry for my spelling mistake .

I am 15w+ with triplets for some days now i am having this charp left side pain i went to the A&E they said it was because of constipation and gave me lactulose for that but this morning i had the same so i am a bite affraid due to my last 3 miscarages has anyone else had the same pain? and what did you do about it? Thank you
