apple cider vinegar pills?!

Has anyone tried the pills, rather than drinking it plain? Not sure if it has the same health benefits if it's in the pill form...

I feel like an idiot asking but what exactly is the pill supposed to do? I almost picked them up in CVS yesterday but there wasn't any info on the bottle. I usually just mix it with my water. I know there are many benefits to it but....kind of lost here. :/

I take them it's better to take it strait outta the bottle but it is also verbgood to take the pill either way works I do both
