Opinions please

Have been off and on spotting brown and red went to the doc yesterday and saw baby measuring 8 weeks with heartbeat. This morning I bled more red with a few tiny tiny clots doc put me on bedrest today no cramps back hurts but has been off and on for a while I don't know what to think I just want everything to be ok
