No Short Term Disability Leave/FMLA?!
I decided to come to the interweb for suggestions. Turns out I didn't sign up for short term disability leave during open enrollment and unfortunately will only receive unpaid maternity leave. Is there anyone else going through this, suggestions, is there anything else I can do!!?? I only have vacation for two weeks
Update*** Two weeks short of working 1Yr for this company. Does anyone know how this will effect my time off!? Will they allow me to use my PDO to supplement the two weeks prior to applying for FMLA. Planning on calling HR tomorrow, but stressing out about all this stuff.
