Whats the soonest i can test

We're ttc and i had slight spotting earlier in the week i never EVER have anything out of the normal after my period. Ive been kida crampy. A nurse i know said it could be implantation bleeding. I want to test like right now because of excitement but idk if anything will/ would actually show up.
