Throwing up everything?

So I've been throwing up everything I eat and it is horrible:( I am 8w3d today. And I ate a few peaches and threw it all up. I am starving!! What helps??

Peanut butter crackers ALWAYS make me feel a million times better. You get the protein and the carbs. I'd give them a try if you can. Good luck!

Omg I was on the same exact boat as you are last week .. this week was a lot better . Weeks 8-9 I was soooo sick but now at week 10 I just have no urge to eat but I'm not nauseous . What I did was drink ginger ale and smoothies for whenever I was hungry !!

My go to has been salt and vinegar potato chips! I'm feeling sick aaaalllll day, but it gets better for me around night time. Try chicken with lots of lime or other citrus too, and a good brand of real ginger beer! I like Bundaberg's diet ginger beer, very soothing.

Even though it's difficult just keep eating, I find that eating high protein things right after I throw up will a lot of times help me get through the rest of the day. Every hour I eat a protein bar, yogurt, string cheese etc. every time I get hungry I get sick so as long as I keep something in my stomach it seems to help quite a bit

I'm always nauseus night and day. I suck on sour candy. sour jolly ranchers or sour patch kids. it helps me.
