period?

I'm 8weeks pp and and ebf. My obgyn said I wouldn't get a period until I stopped bf. I did just start working out again (not sure if it's relevant). I went for a 3 mile walk today and now have light blood on my undies and when I wipe. Is this period or from working out?

Omg... I have had 2 periods and I am breastfeeding and baby is only 7 weeks... usually breastfeeding delays your period but it's not definitely the same for everyone. My best friend who breastfeed her son got her period about a year after she delivered... so I was surprised to get a 5 day period at 5 weeks which was light and then another one which was my normal flow for another 5 days...

It's probably just from working out, when I started being active again, I started spotting. Ebf

I'm 8 weeks pp and ebf tho I did just start pumping during the day and only feeding from the breast at night during the past few days. I'm also spotting bright red and wondering if it's period or something else... I'm also working out now if that makes a difference.
