Is Tylenol Acetaminophen 500mg safe im early pregnancy?

Hi everyone, so I'm 9weeks pregnant, I've had headaches for two days now with some fever, i pretty much have the flu. I was wondering if one tablet of Tylenol Acetaminophen 500mg was safe to take?!

I have worked with Drs and pharmacyst for over 10 years 500 mg of acetaminophen  is not good if you're pregnant they recomend 325 . The lowest dose . Good luck

My dr okayed Tylenol for me. I think that's all you can take. When I was getting mild contractions she suggested for me take Tylenol to get some sleep. Which, of course, didn't work. The pain was too much
