This Friday will be my first time going to the Gyno. I'm kinda freaking out because they're going to be all up in there and that's like a no no, ya know? No strangers up there. Plus what if the person is judgy? Y'all I need some reassurance that everything will go alright. But don't sugar coat it. What should I expect?

EDITED: I just recently started my period and my appointment is on Friday will that complicate anything?
