I would retest, I think that could be a positive, don't want to get your hopes up but my last pregnancy gave me a result like this, and I was indeed pregnant, try a test again tomorrow, fingers crossed 🤞

Yes it's turn and no colour so it's a evap.. but some evaps can have colour. . X
