how was your baby after getting shots at 2month dr's visit?

Tomorrow my LO is going to get shots and I am worried how he is going to be and if he is going to be fussy after or have fever. And if there is any tip to avoid or relieve his pain when he is getting shots?

My girl just had hers she bawled her eyes out for like 5 minutes at the doctor. And took a nice 2 hour nap after and was totally fine no Tylenol or nothing. She was back to her smiling normal self. Every baby is different just hold them real close afterwards so they know you are there to comfort them.

My daughter was poorly after both sets. Temperature runny nose and cough totally bunged up and miserable, off her feeds and really sleepy. Was unwell both times for about a week and half x

I nursed my baby during her shots. She screamed once and went back to nursing. This was on Monday and She was sleepy that day and the last two days as well. No fever and no Tylenol given.

My son was ok right after, cried but calmed down before we left. He was extra sleepy. Within an hour or two after the shots though he was pretty miserable. If he was awake, he was screaming in pain so I'd nurse him and he'd calm down and fall back asleep again. By dinnertime though he slept for a solid 2 hours and woke up feeling like himself again, smiling and happy (shots were given around 10:00 am). He didn't get fussy again after that and slept normally that night. It seemed like maybe he had a low grade fever that had broken. I did not give Tylenol since he was calmed by nursing and the doctor said giving Tylenol can interfere with the immune response so I should only give it if I couldn't calm him down.

My baby just got hers today and she cried but I fed her right after and it calmed her competely...  she just wanted to cuddle with mommy for the rest of the day.. I didn't give  her Tylenol.

We have her Tylenol that evening because she was acting uncomfortable, she was really fussy for about four days.

Mine cried for a second but was fine w pacifier right after! Had a little fever and was "off" for the next 72 hours- I gave him some baby Tylenol

Pitiful during. Nursed right after which calmed her down. And threw a bad fit that night :( other then that she was ok..

I fed him immediately after. We waited to give Tylenol for pain and next time I'll give right after. My son cried 4 hours after receiving when he woke up for 3 mins until the Tylenol kicked in. He slept great the next 2 nights. No fever
