No its not if you just do it not on daily bases. I eat ramen and canton noodles 2 or 3 pack but I don't do it on daily bases. If you want noodles you can eat noodles with rice. It good. I do it but the consequence is eating noodles with rice and make you gain weight and fats will deposit on your tummy. Instant noodles are very high in GSM that could damage your health and make you fat if you eat it in daily bases but if you cannot control you 2 pack drink more water or eat only 1 pack and put some rice on it and believe me its so good and do some sort of exercise even dancing for 10-15 minutes a day. And dont sit when you are full

I was fighting with my teen about healthy eating. I like them but in teens ate two at a time maybe 2-3 times a week and gained so much weight. I wanted to see everyone's opinions.

I usually do one or two packs and don't put the seasoning in and use them like spaghetti noodles for lunch just add in stuff like tuna cheese veggie and dressing.

They are so bad for you but they taste so good. But no I don't think it's too much as long as it's not what you're eating everyday. Although some people don't have a choice.
