Scheduled C-Section VS Emergency C-Section

I ended up having an Emergency C-Section with my first child. I am now 21 weeks with my second and due to levels of scar tissue my OBGYN is concerned about VBAC complications....I am looking for other mama's personal experiences and what you ladies would recommend.
