Falling on the ice!

This is probably dumb, but my 2.5 year old was throwing a huge fit and I had to carry him and he was kicking and flailing and I couldn't see where I was going and slipped on some ice. I landed hard on my knee and now my knee and back are hurting. And it's probably my imagination, but I feel like my vagina hurts? I'm 23 weeks 2 days. It just really scared me. All 3 of us could have been hurt.
