Small cut on vagina opening?? tmi

Hey guys, I recently had a yeast infection and it has cleared up FINALLY so my husband and I were getting to business and when he went down there, it started to hurt real bad. We stopped and he took a look and he said on the vagina opening he could see a small cut... he described it like a cut on the side of your mouth. We stopped after that: how do I treat this? It was very painful.
