Reproduction question

So my SO had to get surgery on his balls when he was a kid because he got one stuck up inside him(i know, weird) but im just curious if that would affect his ability to impregnate me. We have been together for 5 years and have been having unprotected sex for 4 years. Hes never came in me cause he pulls out but I still find it odd that I still havent gotten pregnant.
