embarrassing hemeroids??

So this is kind of embarrassing but my fiancé keeps having reoccurring anal hemeroids. He is only 23 and generally healthy so I don't know what could be causing them but they make him miserable:( anyone have any tips?

Tucks are amazing! You can get them at Walmart my husband gets anal fissures and I had a hemorrhoid they suck but tucks really help soothe them. Also warm baths with epsom salt and lavender were always a life saver! Drink lots of water and try to be aware of his fiber intact, he may want a stool softener. 
Also it's good if he goes to a DR they can prescribe him a certain cream that's not prepation H that will help if prep H doesn't work for him. That's what I did!
