I know this is TMI, but need help! I'm 39+3 and had a DR appt today, the baby is very low and I'm 70%effaced but only dialated 1 cm.... the dr suggested we have sex to try and get things going! So we are starting to have sex and a squirt of fluid came out... not semen.... I'm not having cramping or contractions.. did my water break? Did I pee? I'm so confused!

It's possible! But sex can also start contractions. If it keeps coming out it could be. Although it could be your own "juices" or even pee

If you can't figure it out try walking around and then laying down. If it's amniotic fluid is should leak out when you lay down. When your standing, the babies head can act as a plug stopping the fluid from leaking out.
