I'm embarrassed to talk about this I'm 39 years old okay here's my question I had anal sex for the first time and now I'm afraid what if I die or what if something happens to me for doing that I've always been a little scared about doing anal sex okay actually I was really scared I deal with anxiety so now I'm like what if I die from doing like what if my intestines fall out of your something or if I get some sort of infection maybe my mind just overthinking about it did I do a bad thing will I get sick from or even die this is not a joke this is a serious question I want to input on anal sex and if I will be ok right now I just feel like running to the doctor's but that would really be embarrassed LOL I feel like a teen asking these questions I just wanted to try something new with my husband and now I have a bunch of stuff just running through my mind
